Menu de Pa amb Oli

Sopa de All-Blanc or Ajoblanco
is a cold almond and garlic soup

Pa amb oli
literally means ‘bread with oil’
Traditional preparation in Mallorca:
Slice Mallorcan bread and toast or grill lightly.
Cut a tomato in half and rub it over the bread.
Drizzle generously with olive oil.
Season with a little salt and add cold cuts of your choice.
